Riklaw killed at level 104 by Troskern

Just recently, first i got power abused by this "babiz" or something, so he said to me leave and i was going to leave and then his friend came and atked me, i ran into dp and he said, babiz lvls here and i said im going to leave and then when i was running for boat he paralyzed me and killed me.

why?

Is random pk supported or what :S
