CM BlixteN made a poll about that on the News page where you can vote about it and for the moment it seems like it won't be any char reset.

Anyway, you guys who lost your houses should't whine about it anymore since you got the double EXP for 3 days which is a very nice rewards in my opinion.¨

Why will people care about xp when they lost like 30kk~ and donated items etc, just look at defender of hell..
i think people want their items back more than 2x exp since its just a ot

Yes I know but when you donated and got those items you knew and took the risk at the same time that the server could go down today, tomorrow or next week. You can read about that before you are buying your VIP and your items and CM BlixteN will also tell you about this.
